GREAT FIND

 I was passing my favorite antique shop today and decided to stop in.  I found 2 cutter quilts for $15.00 each.  Will be able to make a lot of goodies from them. My shadow got in the second pic.

LUCKY ME

I found 2 bags of Morning Glory Fiberfill  for 97 cents each at my local Hospice Thrift Shop.  Also 2 Thimbleberries patterns for 50 cents.  I also found 3 jackets of 100% wool ( red, tan and purple) and a soft gray wool skirt.  I'll be taking them apart to use in applique.  Maybe this will give me a chance to try hooking.

HEART OF WINTER SWAP GOODIES ARRIVED

 I was excited when a package arrived today.  It was from Kim of Black Berry Crows Prims, my swap partner.  On the top was a nice handwritten note from Kim.

 The box was filled with wonderful goodies:  a wonderful prim doll, a cute little heart, 2 snowmen ornies and a snowman stitchery pillow tuck.  I love everything.  Thank you Kim for your thoughtful goodies.  Thank you Amy of Bumble Bee Lane for doing the swap. 

FINISHES AND GRANDDAUGHTERS NEW GYM CLASS

I finished several items this week, but I can't show them because they are in the Heart of Winter Swap.  I want my swap partner to be surprised.

Yesterday, I went to see my granddaughter in her new gymnastic class. She and three other girls from her class were moved up to the next level.  It's amazing  her improvement since I saw her 2 months ago.  She loves the balance beam.
